My best leadership experience was when I was in grade 11 (last year) playen football.I saw that the team was lacking some issues with commitment, so I thought someone needs to say something. That night I posted on our wall how everyone needed to start coming out to practice and start working hard, working like its your last practice ever. players started to put in more effort and our team had gone 8-0 winning the varsity cup.
